Returns / Exchanges:
Steps:
1: Make sure you do not open any YummyEarth items. We are unable to
provide refunds for open bags of food.
2: Get an RMA # from YummyEarth by requesting an RMA via
info@yummyearth.com
3: Ship the unopened packages of what you have received according to
the instructions given to you by YummyEarth.
4: For refunds: we will issue a credit card refund for your purchase less
our cost of shipping & handling:
Example: $13.50 is our shipping and handling cost for the common order
of 3 Family Size bags of pops or drops. (EVEN THOUGH YOUR
SHIPPING COST MAY HAVE BEEN $0)
5: For exchanges: Upon receipt of your unopened items we will send out
the items you request in exchange plus we must charge your credit card
for our cost of shipping and handling the new items as detailed by way of
example in #4 above.
6: When you call or email us for an RMA we may recommend a less time
consuming and costly refund/exchange method that works best for both
